Sometimes but not all the time my 99 tahoe will
start to crank and then dyes out after messing with
it for a lil while it cranks right up

May need new battery cables. Make sure the charging system is working, and have the battery checked.

    I have a 99 Tahoe and in park the engine sounds beautiful. But as soon as you put it drive it won't run over 10 mph. Then it stops and starts over from 0 mph back to 10mph.
