I replaced the ecu,spark plugs, and my maf sensor on my 03 jetta gl 2.0l and now it won't turn over, it cranks but won't turn over any reason for this?

The car is cranking and not starting because you've activated the immobilizer system when changing out the ECU. The replacement part needs to be coded to the vehicle, as will the keys.
