My 2003 vw jetta turn over but not start?
have you got power to the coil packs?
scotty's kind of a ham, but am starting to like his simplification~
Not power for the coil and fill pump.
...keeps wanting to sell me an ignition switch...think this may be our culprit~
I'd go basic, make sure the battery is fresh (under five years old), the Black 1/0 battery cable going to the battery has sufficient clamping area and the other side what connects to the frame/chassis has been wire brushed down to metal, then the wirebrushed 1/0 battery lug attached...takin' heat for giving this solution...but it works~....oh, and the lug connecting the engine block (fat ga. as well)~ thank you~
perhaps you've been operating on 10 volts all along, and a fresh battery will make it all right....wouldn't that be choice?~
there are some "knock-off" labels on the top of your battery indicating when it's first charge-up was~ ten years old=making the special olympic team do your roofing~
