My 99 suburban won't start fuel pump issues can I put an inline fuel pump instead of dropping the tank and if so which line coming out of the throttle body is the sending line ?

No, it won't be able to draw enough to make the engine run, there are internal check valves in the stock pump that will inhibit flow. You would have to modify the fuel system use an external fuel pump, and a pump that can make that kind of pressure will be expensive.
