The best way to know is have it scanned, could be bad plug,or a fuel filter or pump.

One explanation would be if someone switched a plug wire from one plug to another plug. Example plug 1 to plug 2 and plug 2 to plug 1 so the timing is out of order. The plug locations may need to be checked. Each plug wire needs to go from the correct location to the correct plug or cylinder for the timing to work correctly. The spark needs to go to the right cylinder so spark fires at top dead center (when the piston is it at the top of its stroke with all the valves, exhaust and intake closed). See attached photo to see the easiest method to ensure that this happens. Example: first plug wire goes from position 1 to position 1. second plug wire goes from position 2 to position 2 and so on.
