Computer numbers. Have you tried a hard reset on the ECM?

The best way to insure a complete reset is to remove a battery cable from the battery and electrically disconnect the ECM, but some ECM's are a bear to get to, so if you can't get to yours easily, then after you have disconnected a cable turn on the headlight switch and wait at least 30 seconds to 1 minute, turn off the headlight switch and reconnect the battery cable, set the park brake and apply regular brakes, start engine and place in drive, turn on all electrical ie headlights, heater fan, radio etc. Allow engine's idle to stablize, then turn everything off and look for a check engine light, if no light is present then drive as you normally would for about 20 minutes, this is a relearn drive cycle, at the end of the cycle if there is another problem the check engine light will turn on. If the check engine light turned on before the drive cycle then there is a cold hard fault that will have to be checked out before the drive cycle can be performed. Clear as mud, Right

ok i did a hard reset no light as of yet. hoping it stays away it kept trowing same 9 codes after i replaced problem parts all emmission codes, s.a.i.s., o2 heater, egr close performance, random miss, ect

Good that means that the ECM is functioning as it should if a check engine light did not come on during the relearn. Hope you got all the problems.
