I have a 2008 Chevy malibu LTZ 4 2.4 L the rpm gauge will ping to 4,000 rpm after driving at highway speeds for 5 to 10 minutes. Doesn't seen to reflect shift points on the rpm gauge however i can feel a little lag in shifting but i don't hear engine reving or wining from the transmission pump. 1 Answer
