Check all of your vacuum lines for leaks. Take a water bottle and mist your plug wires and coil packs. Listen for snapping sounds. (Works better at night) Have you cleaned your throttle body and Idle Air Control with throttle body cleaner? There is cleaner for your Mass Air Flow sensor also. I would also change out your Engine Coolant Temp sensor. If bad, it will either make the car run too rich with fuel or too lean. You can pull a couple of spark plugs and see if they are black with carbon. If they are, that is a good sign that your Engine Coolant Temp sensor is bad. Try those things and see if you notice a difference. If not post back.
