I have a '99 Lumina, I can turn the ignition and cross the solenoid and start the engine. It has a brand new starter. Now the security light is flashing and brake lights do not work. What do you sugge

...st I try to resolve these issues? (not sure why my question was cut short. Could it be the ignition itself? Oh... yes it does have the key with the resistor 'chip'.
