heater and now it moves loosely and My AC is not cold its kindda warm/cold. how do I
move it into cold or how do I replace the dial. cuz we tried to move it manually & it won't,
we tried to pull the panel to the dials but the dials don't come loose. what to do plz?

The knob controls a cable that operates the blend door. The heater control can be removed by removing the four screws under the trim plate.
