my golf mk3 drains engine oil, i av to top the oil every week. pls wat do i do

pls i need help on my 1996 golf make 3, i have to top the oil every week and i use up to 6 liters of oil in a month, what is the problem?

I assume you have a large oil leak, do you have a spot on the ground where you park? If not then your engine is burning it. So either you need to replace some engine gaskets, a leaky oil plug or at the oil filter and or have some valve and ring work done do your engine.
