Chevy Lumina won't start

The battery on my Chevy Lumina died after trying to jump
it and successfully multiple times I purchased a brand-
new battery. I installed the battery in the car still won't turn
over it's the weirdest thing though the radio won't light up
either in the ass  I installed the battery in the car still won't

light up either and it will not read my OBD Reader and I'm
wondering if somehow possibly I fried my computer

Starter theft relay under dash remove glovebox and hose from firewall and it's right above.
