when driving on the snow the real end feels like it want to slip out and go side ways

Maybe you need good snow tires, studded tires or chains.

Your 1999 Chevrolet Lumina 4 Dr LS Sedan is front wheel drive so there's no control of rear end, it will do that

Its because the rear end is lighter then the front, you can add a few bags of sand in the back to add weight and give you more traction...
