VW Eurovan Camper Water tank

I just purchased a 1995 VW Eurovan camper.  When I tried to put water into
the water tank, the water immediately drained out through a small drain pipe.  I
cannot find the valve to shut off the drain pipe.  Where is it?  Thanks

On the floor in the cupboard between back bench seat and fridge there is a valve...clockwise to drain, counter to close.

Mine requires removing the vented black plastic cover near the floor under the closet. Reach behind the water pump and feel for a plastic valve lever. VERY difficult to see, but its there 180 forward to open, back 180 to close.....
