Can i put wheels from a cabrio on to a cabriolet?

Are they the same size? If yes, go right ahead. If not you need to see if the wheels you want to install show as an acceptable replacement size via Volkswagen literature/spec sheets.

Its hub area im concerned about because the stock wheels fit tight around the the hub and the cabrio wheel isnt set the same way

Then, maybe, you should not put them on. Better check with a VW dealership. Wheels need to be tight and correct to be safe.
