My 2002 VW Cabrio's horn beeps three times when I am driving. What is causing this?

I got a car wash this past weekend and now the horn on my Cabrio keeps beeping three times when I am driving. What is causing this. I noticed whne it beeps that the hazzard lights blink as well. is this some kind of electrical problem?

Beeping in combination with hazard light blinking might have relations to anti-theft signalling.

Be confident whether or not your car equipped with anti-theft. If positive,ask people of specialized shop switch-off this system and operate this car for while. If problem never repeats -reason in anti-theft system.
