I ordered a brand new starter but it came wrong side.. Can I still use it upside down?

No, it sounds like the one you got was boxed wrong (defective). I work for NAPA and, unfortunately, it happens sometimes. Exchange it for the correct one. HTH. -Jim

you can on many..does the front hub nose come off to rotate??..or if its a quick replace,like said above exchange
