Help!Where is the radiator drain plug located on a 99 Cavalier?

On the lower portion of the left or right side (usually the passenger side) you will see a black plug on the side. turn the plug 1/4 turn CCW and pull it straight out. CAreful it is plastic

its on the drivers side on the bottom and if i remember right it should be green and its a pain in the ass to turn out...i used a pair of pliers to turn it out but be very careful not to break it
