1986 with 124k miles?
Asked by Entolin Dec 11, 2010 at 06:29 AM about the 1986 Toyota Supra 2 dr Hatchback
Question type: Shopping & Pricing
I found this 86 supra online for about 2000 bucks. I have seen the pictures and the paint is kinda worn but everything else looks clean and well taken care of. The only thing about it is the miles...is 124k too much? If i was to buy this car...what should i be worried about?

that generation of supra has had issues with head gaskets, so you should get those inspected/replaced when you buy it so as to not have them catastrophically blow. Otherwise, I love those cars. The 124k should only be an issue, again, with the head gaskets.
