How to remove steering wheel and the bolt
pattern

Once you get down to the large nut that holds the steering wheel on remove it and then by hand thread it back on a couple of turns, slide the seat up forward some and then recline the back about halfway, get a good grip on either side of the steering wheel and pull as you wiggle it sideways, if you do it right it will pop loose usually on your second try, I've been doing it this way for years now, my steering wheel puller just gathers dust.

first make sure the wheels are straight, disconnect the battery so you don't trip the air bag. if you've never done this before get a book or someone that has .
