I have a 1999 chev. s10 blazer it crankes for a little bit then fires off i changed the fuel pump but it still does the same can anyone give me some ideas please
Should put a fuel pressure gauge on, turn the key on, let it build up fuel pressure, pressure should be 56 to 63 lbs. then turn the key off and let it sit for at least 3 minutes. The fuel pressure should not drop more than 5 lbs. If so then the spider injection assembly would have to be replaced. If it is leaking it would cause hard starting and poor gas mileage.
