Asked by Guru9TQB4 Jun 16, 2017 at 03:54 PM about the 1987 Honda Civic DX Hatchback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a Honda civic DX 1.5 . The car when you
take off about the time you would go to shift it just
dies out if you restart it it runs normal unit you go
to take off and it will continue to die out. I've
replaced fuel pump checked out float level cap
rotor plugs wires all are ok. Could it be the fuel
shut off valve?
