I have a 1981 Honda accord 3dr hatchback and it's running rough just wondering what it mite be it kid of feels like it could be a vacuum leak but don't know thanks

Well, since you don't know if it is a vacuum leak, what other symptoms and or noises? How are the ignition components, filters, carburator need a rebuild? I suspect you don't know much about working on cars, so have someone who is handy or a mechanic to look it over for you.
