Why does my 2006 Mercedes R350 loose air in the compressor and lean to the left only on the back of my car?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I can hear air leaking from the back drivers side and sometimes it stays level
and doesn't loose air. Also my compressor will kick on and off frequently while
the car is running. It stays level while the car is on and only looses air after car
is off. As I mentioned it will sometimes stay level even after shutting car off and
it has sat all day/night without being started. TIA

Because you have air suspension on the rear of your vehicle. The rear left has a leak in it. Because of the leak the compressor is constantly trying to fill it with air thus making it turn on and off. If the rear left is leaking the rear right is probably not far off.

try ( www, suncoreindustries ) for the parts , More than likely If the left rear is leaking , The right is just problem waiting to happen . I always replace the air suspension bags in pairs
