My heat nor air is coming out of my center vent on the dash. However, it is coming out of the outer ends. What could this be?

If your MBZ is like my slightly older ones, heat DOES NOT come ot out of the center vents - only the sides and footwells.....so it's working properly. If you want more heat up higher, turn on the front window defroster.

I believe that you flip in your dash, that direct the air flow isn't opening properly... i would have a mechanic take at look at your system
