I have an E320 Benz that began stalling out after driving approximately 1-1/12 miles. After letting car sit for 3to 5 minutes it would restart.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This has been an on going problem for approximately 6 months. The car would restart and run fine for the remainder of the day even after driving hours on the interstate. The car shut down this morning and now won't restart. Plugged in diagnostic reader and is showing two codes. Codes are P335 and P0120, has anyone experienced this problem or have any suggestions.

Tom, I replaced the crankshaft position sensor prior to receiving your answer. I had visited several websites, everything I read made the CPS the likely problem. I have only driven around the block a couple of times but it had shut down two times earlier in the day in half the distance. Thanks so much for your input. yamjay
