What's wrong with my Mercedes
The previous owner the my Mercedes got 20 inch
rims they sacked when I got the car I put the
originals back on the alignment was off so I took it
in and fixed in now when you turn the wheel to the
right and you give a little gas it makes a popping
sound (doesn't pop when wheel turned to the right)
what's the problem with it?? Any suggestions
When the 20" rims were placed on, there may have been some adjustments or replacements to the original suspension geometry. Have someone that knows the stock set ups and see if he can see what is out of adjustment or replaced with after-market parts. Sorry, but I'm not a fan of 20" or bigger rims on cars not designed for them. Good decision. It mat be a suspension spring, or coil-over shocks that is moving. Hard to tell over the internet.
