I need to change the oil in my 1999 Mercedes clk320. What type of oil and filter to I use. I just purchased the car. Also, where can I get a manual as there not one in the car. Thank you
If your doing your own oil change, have the parts place look it up for you. As for a filter I used the brand MANN on my old Mercedes. EBay would be a starting point for the owners manuel. Good luck and remember to recycle your old oil. Any place in the USA that sells oil will take your old oil for free.
Mark is right, get a Mann filter and some synthetic oil - Mobil 1 0W-40.
Most MB Owners manuals and service books are available as a free download from www.mbusa.com
Mobil -one 5to30 weight oil
Synthetic will be best for the engine, with it you can increase the interval a little, of oil change.
Wats best fluid to flush my clk 320 please input asap
