The buttons that control the driver seat position. The head rest works the one for the back worksd. The one for the seat Does not work

Are there more than one button for the head rests? On my wife's car the front seat is on the door. If you have a manual for the car, check there for the headrest control buttons. Perhaps there is a switch needing turning to switch from back to front?
