My c240 was in a flood and I changed the oil and the other fluids and now it won't start?

How deep was water?was in side of car wet?could have got to computer.

It didn't get into the car just got into deep enough to stall the car. When I got it towed to the shop it cranked up and we turned it off. Then when we changed the oil to try to flush it it won't even spark up.
