What does it mean when the AC setting stays on "eco/rest"? And what do those symbols stand for. The AC will not click on??

it diffuses the air flow within the car and with the car turned off you can activate the rest button to keep a small amount of either warm or cold air running within the system for unto half an hour even without the key in the ignition
