Replaced the catalytic converter 2003 toyota Camry v4 now car stall out when at a stop
light, etc.. Could it be the spark plugs?

Have you unhooked the battery or replaced the battery recently?

Try unplugging the O2 sensor on the front of your exhaust manifold. See if the car stalls out with it unplugged.
