I disconnected the fuel lines turned ignition
on wit out cranking it, pump ran for couple
seconds and stoped, their was  very little
fuel came out also tried it with fuel filter off,
i did this several times with no psi, the same
with trying to crank it, what could be my
problem?

The pump only energizes for a few seconds when the keys turned to the on position. NO fuel, low fuel pressure.. bad fuel pump or leaking fuel line, rusted. Time to replace the fuel pump.

Yep fuel pump time, don't forget to replace the fuel filter and the fuel pump relay at the same time, most manufactures won't honor the warranty if you don't.
