2000 Chevy Cavalier z24 Engine problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello i have a 2000 chevy cavalier z24 (170k on engine and 280k on body) and it is running really funny. It seems to miss firing at driving speed and idle speed, also it seems to stumble on acceleration and lack power. When it miss fires at idle it is kinda like my car wants to die but then starts up again. I have checked and cleaned the spark plugs but runs a little better at the start but then acts up again. It has no spark plug wires also. I have change the oil and put different fuel in it. I have also checked for vacuum leaks but cannot find one.Any idea's ? Thanks in advance
