my car doesn't overheat white smoke is not
coming out the tail pipe but I have milky
white stuff coming on my oil dipstick what
does that mean

If the oil is milky white then you have possible blown head gasket or a cracked head, if there is just a slight trace on the upper part of the dipstick then you need to check your PCV system as it may not be operating properly. If the oil is milky don't wait too long to fix it as it can cause bearing damage really fast. HTH
