Please, be more specific about your "will not start or run" condition. to fix that issue we has to check on many things including but not limited to: Battery, Ignition Switch, Starter relay, Starter Fuse, Starting System wiring, Starter solenoid and Motor, Ground, ECM and More...., Thanks.
