CHIP OR NOT TO CHIP?

I AM LOOKING TO INCREASE HORSE POWER AND FUEL ECONOMY. I
DONT WANT TO MODIFY THE STOCK EXHAUST. IF I INSTALL A
PERFORMANCE CHIP WHICH ONE SHOULD I USE AND WHAT ELSE
SHOULD I CHANGE BESIDES THE FUEL DELIVER PRESSURE I.E. LIFT
PUMP? NEED SOME ADVICE HERE ON BEST WAY TO GO WITH LEAST
AMT. OF PROBLEMS.

A Bully Dog or SuperChips would be the least amount of work with the greatest gains, and it can be reverted back to factory settings.
