1999 dodge ram 2500 5.9
i replace the crank cam sensors and fuel pump the truck will only start when u spray carb cleaner in the throttle body then when its started it runs fine but when u shut it off and try to start it up it wont start. and it has no security system and no chip in the key. but when u first turn on the head lights flash on and off.
Check your fuel pressure regulator. Check your fuel rail pressure too. Turn the key to "On" and let the fuel pump run a few seconds. The pressure should be around 50 PSI. The engine needs a rich mixture to start and if the pressure is not up, it's not getting it.
