2001 chevy tracker v6

While driving home 75 mph the car started to lose
power by the time I got home it was going 35 mph
step on the pedal and would not go any faster.shut
it off and it started right up Check all connection
and change the fuel filter and stayed the same now
it won't start HELP

It is possible that the catalytic converter is plugged, but it could be several other things also. Best get it to a garage to have it looked at.
