My truck stalled out . It revved up before sitting down oil is full and has coolant. It week Not turn over. I put a new battery in it and still Will not turn over and cables get hot on the new battery

Smells like wires burning. I'm told the
engine may have siezed it only has

I doubt that the engine has seized since you're smelling an electrical odor. First, disconnect the battery. Look for damaged wires in the area of the battery and the alternator. Look for wires with the insulation rubbed off and touching metal. Look down by the starter as well. Be sure that none of the wiring got too close to the hot exhaust manifold and melted the insulation. Until you find the cause of this leave the battery disconnected. HTH.
