oil mixing in with my antifreeze and vise versa

I was getting my oil changed when they found my dipstick covered in a milky chocolate color and the same in my antifreeze reavoir! My truck has not over heated or gotten hot ! so what causes this?

Faulty head-gasket, intake manifold gasket, cracked block or head. Sometimes you don't get the classic overheating. Good thing you caught it in time.

Like Tom says - major gasket failure. Don't drive it at all!
