My 2006 dodge ram won't start or make any noise but all dash lights come on

Will start with a jump off . I already
replaced battery

If it will start with jumper cables and the battery is good - power is not getting from the battery to the starter. Check the cables - tight clean connections at both ends of both cables.

can't improve on that. But can second it, he's right on. There is a way, it can be dangerous. If you try this, please be careful. Make sure it's in Park or neutral, set parking brake, chock all wheels, and take a jumper cable from the positive battery terminal directly to the starter cable lug. Key 'on'. See what happens
