I own a Dodge Ram Daytona 1500 with has a hemi 5.7L magnum engine, why does the header tank keeps filling up with the coolant and staying full until I syphon it out

I'm guessin' you mean the overflow tank for the antifrz? Sounds like a leaky or blown head gasket. What does the oil on the dipstick look like, is there antifrz on the oil filler cap, and last but certainly not least, does it look like there's oil in the antifrz?
