when was your last tune up? You may have to have someone with a scanner that can read live data hook up to your computer. this can tell you if you have a fuel or electrical issue.

The cam and crank sensors are known failures on this engine, so your half way there, my 4.7 would start to run rough then just die, coast to a stop and it would restart and run fine for a few minutes then run rough and die again, replaced both the cam and crank sensors and no more problems. Crank sensor can be a bit of a bear to get out, and it is behind the starter. HTH
