It could be the tires. Do you need new ones. If so that might help.

Brake Rotors are warped. They have been over heated at some point and now they are warped. It's a common problem especially on trucks. Not too expensive to fix. Buy good rotors and pads. You can try having the rotors machined but the vibration will be back in two months
