Temp climbs to Hot when idling then returns to Normal ponce vehicle moving (engine rpms up) .

If it's a clutch fan you should feel some resistance when cold and more resistance when hot. Sometimes, when hot, you'll hear a roar as you speed up the engine. HTH. - Jim
