5.7 he I 2004 ram 1500 left bank second cylinder coil PAC melted replaced it
with new and it melted what's wrong

Is there a heat source close to that coil? If no heat source then have you checked the voltage to that coil, if voltage checks good then possibly a power feedback through the trigger signal from the ECM, if this is suspected I recommend that you take it to a shop that specializes in engine management problems or[ I hate too say it] the dealer.
