Cranks but won't start has spark sprayed it with
starter fluid and still didn't fire

Check for fuel pressure most likely bad fuel pump or completely clogged fuel filter.

Sorry thinking of something else with that answer.

If cranks and has spark and can spray with starting fluid and still will not start sounds like the spark plugs are fouled out.
