Starting and stalling/dieing

So I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 lt hemi V8
Laramie. So like I have to turn my key for 5 seconds
3 times for my truck to even try to start right and
after I have it started I can shut it off and start it
right back up but if I let it sit for 15 min or more I
have to do the turning the key to on a few times.
And also at times I slow down it dies. But then I can
start it back up again. Fuel pump is 6 moths old do
u think it could be faulty or is it something else
please help!!
