Knocking on high rpm

My 03 dodge ram 4.7 knock's if I
accelerate hard and when shifting
gears . But only when it gets to like 3
or 4 thousand rpm other then that
runs perfect ?? Please help

Sounds early stage rod failure, it will only get louder and sooner, that engine is not the best for longevity. My Jeep had the same engine and it started having problems just over 110K. So keep the RPM's down and add some slick50 to the engine oil on the next oil change and see just how long it will last.

How hard would it b to just do the bearings n do u think that would fix it

No cause the crankshaft has already been damaged, one or more of the journals is egg shaped, so the engine will have to come out and either the crankshaft turned or replaced with a crank kit. You could just replace the bearings but you would br right back in there in few miles with it doing the same thing.
